Ok so this is kind of a pointless post. I just wanted to say that I ordered a half sandwich and soup combo from the corner shop for lunch. This little shop changes up their menu every 2 weeks so there's lots of variety to try. Today I asked for the Greek chicken panini and their Andalusian tomato soup with sausage, which is supposedly one of their favourite soups.
Imagine my surprise when I opened up my soup to find out it was not Andalusian tomato, but rather the vegetarian red lentil dhal. Even more surprising, it was really good! Lentils... who knew?
