X-mas Itinerary

So far the holiday itinerary is as follows:
  1. Work until Friday Dec 23rd noon
  2. Drive to Sarnia
  3. Christmas Eve afternoon drinks with the M's in Sarnia
  4. Christmas Eve dinner with the L's in Sarnia
  5. Christmas morning mayhem trying to see each set of parents on Christmas morning so they feel special, including driving to London to see the T's
  6. Christmas Day dinner with the whole friggin' extended T family
  7. Boxing Day concert with Staylefish and Ruth's Hat
  8. Pick up box of cakes for tasting from Patzee's early afternoon on Dec 27th
  9. Hair consultations with Melissa, Kathy and Kate at the Side Street Salon at 2pm, and a hair cut for moi b/c my head is looking like the bad end of a mop
  10. Rest for 2-3 days (but knowing us we will probably be running around doing random wedding-related stuff like drill holes into silver cups and cut dowel for a gold box and be dragged out shopping for Mothers of the Groom dresses, etc.)
  11. Head back to Mississauga on the 30th or 31st morning
  12. Find something at the last minute to do for New Years Eve that isn't lamer than the year before
  13. Back to work on Jan 2nd for me
  14. (And an extra week of vacation for Mike... grr...)

How is this supposed to be a holiday when it's so busy? In theory I should like Christmas. In practice, not so much. This is why when people ask me what my favourite holiday is, I say "my birthday". I'm just selfish like that.
