I don't care what anyone says - public speaking does not get better with practice. It is a horrid and tortuous experience whether it's your first engagement or your 100th... you just stop caring whether you are any good or not. Once you've accepted the inevitable embarassment, you're A-Ok.
Now that THAT'S over, on to thinking about what to have for lunch!
(Editing to add: I really really hope that despite the turn out of 7/44, I don't have to give that presentation again! Such office moles we have here that they can't even attend a training session they requested we give!)
