I know the rule of thumb is to be prepared to walk away... but I really like this place. I can't think of anything I don't like except that Mike won't have space for a workshop (which is ok by me). We also can't have a downstairs tennant, but I guess I can live with that too.

This place has been listed twice. The first time, as you can see in the link, it sat on the market for 42 days. The second time it was listed was this past Saturday at a lower price, but without any pictures or a street address. How do they think they will sell it now? I guess they'll just have to sell it to us for cheap. LOL.
